About the brand

MotoFreak is an e-commerce company operating in the motorcycle industry. The online store has been operating since 2011 and sells motorcycle parts, racing elements for sports, motocross and supermoto motorcycles, as well as motorcycle clothing. The store's offer includes specialized, high-class products for the conscious customer.

Purpose of cooperation

We have been working with the client in the field of positioning since 2013. We summarized the first years of our cooperation in these articles. Our constant goal is to constantly improve the store's visibility results, increase brand recognition and generate more and more sales. We want the MotoFreak store to be the most popular e-commerce in the motorcycle industry.

Such an ambitious goal requires patience, a huge amount of work and an appropriate plan. The charts below present the effects we managed to achieve between 2022 and 2023.

Effects

The key to generating high traffic to an online store's website - and even more importantly: conversions - is to understand the needs of a potential customer of this store. Therefore, we systematically added new content to the website, created by a copywriter (not artificial intelligence), containing content useful for people interested in motorcycles.

Our SEO specialists spent a lot of time selecting the right keywords to best match the search intentions of our target group. The phrases were closely matched to the online store's assortment. The style of texts published on the website was tailored to the target group. It contained specialized content, but we used informal language so as not to create distance between the brand and the customer. We wanted to reach users in search engines who have a real and near-term potential to become customers of the MotoFreak online store. Motoring enthusiasts or their loved ones looking for a gift for them.

During the year, we managed to increase the number of phrases in the TOP10 related to the client's store assortment by 80%. Thanks to this action, we increased sales in the store by 44%!

Due to the high prices of products in the MotoFreak online store (which are not excessive compared to the competition, but result from the industry in which the store operates), the customer purchasing path is usually slightly longer than in e-commerce stores selling cheaper products. Buying a product for several thousand zlotys is usually well thought out by consumers, and sometimes the decision-making process takes many days or even weeks. In such cases, the number of new users acquired - representatives of the target group - is as important as the number of conversions.

The automotive industry is a specific industry in which decisions are made both emotionally - customers have a strong attachment to specific brands with whose values ​​they identify - and under the influence of reason - customers they take into account the safety of the selected equipment, and due to the high costs, they do not make impulse purchases, only after carefully studying the offer and planning the purchase in the household budget.

Summary

As a result of website positioning, we managed to acquire thousands of new users from defined target group and generate satisfactory sales. In the case of this client, the cost of SEO is only 5.2% of the value of generated sales, so the ROAS is as much as 1903%!

We continue to cooperate with the client, systematically working to increase the number of phrases in the top 10 Google.

In addition to working on phrases and content, under the contract we also deal with optimizing subpages and taking care of the technical aspect of positioning. We keep our finger on the pulse of changes in Google algorithms. We constantly monitor the website's results in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Sentuno and other external tools and work to continuously improve the positioning effects. We also do not forget about appropriate external linking from our resources and thematic portals, knowing that external links are one of the ranking factors affecting the visibility of the domain in the search engine and building its authority.
